The ERP Odoo Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for the implementation of Odoo ERP software.
The BA will work closely with the project team to ensure that the Odoo implementation meets business requirements and is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Work with the project team to ensure that the Odoo implementation meets business requirements
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals
  • Conduct user training sessions
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users
  • Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities
  • Identify and resolve issues related to the Odoo implementation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Odoo ERP software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
